Special Full Series Advantage:
Single Event pricing would total 135,000 THB for all 3 rounds.

By joining the Full Series package at 99,000 THB, riders effectively receive one event free.

Single Event Entry
45,000 THB per rider

• Participation in one event only
• Not eligible for championship ranking
• Not eligible for the final prize

Upgrade Option:
Riders can upgrade to the Full Series later by paying the difference.

Important:
Priority is given to Full Series riders.
Single Event places are limited.

Cancellation Policy

  • Registration payments are generally non-refundable due to limited event capacity and advance organizational costs.
  • If a rider cannot attend, families should inform the organization as early as possible.
  • Depending on the situation and notice period, the organizer may consider partial credit for future XRC activities or rider replacement requests.
  • The organizer reserves the right to modify schedules or event structure if necessary for safety, weather or operational reasons.
  • If an event is cancelled by the organizer, participants will receive information regarding rescheduling or available alternatives.

To confirm the rider’s reservation, payment must be completed by bank transfer using the company account details below.

Please include the rider’s name in the transfer reference whenever possible.

After completing the transfer, upload the payment confirmation using the form below.

Reservations are only confirmed after payment verification by the organization.
