Terms and Conditions

Cancellations

Customers may cancel their class without penalty up until 6:00 PM (Thailand time) on the day before their scheduled class. Cancellations or requests for postponement on the scheduled day are not allowed and will be charged the full class fee.

Late Arrival

Customers who arrive at the designated meeting point, the J AND J PERFORMANCE Co.,Ltd (XRC) office, or any other departure location more than 10 minutes past the agreed time will be considered to have canceled and will be charged the full class fee.

Refund Policy

• No refunds will be issued once a class has started.

• No full or partial refunds will be provided if a customer chooses to leave the class early or is required to leave for any reason.

• J AND J PERFORMANCE Co.,Ltd (XRC) reserves the right to cancel or suspend a class if it determines that a customer is unable or unwilling to safely operate a motorcycle, is riding recklessly or dangerously, or is not following the instructions of instructors and staff. In such cases, no refunds will be given.

• If a class is delayed or postponed due to adverse weather conditions, customers may be offered an alternative date or a refund at the sole discretion of J AND J PERFORMANCE Co.,Ltd (XRC) management.

Physical Requirements

Drivers and passengers must be able to safely control the vehicle by holding the handlebars with both hands and placing their feet on the footrests or pedals.

Damages

• No charges will be applied for minor damage or accidental incidents.

• Customers may be held responsible for the cost of repairs or replacement parts if damage results from reckless or dangerous riding, or failure to follow the instructions of instructors and staff.

• A list of common repair and replacement costs during classes is available at the office upon request.

Insurance

Customers are strongly encouraged to check with their own health insurance provider to ensure they have adequate coverage for off-road motor sports, as the provided insurance may not cover all situations. Travelers should always have sufficient health insurance.

Alcohol and Drugs

Customers who are observed or suspected of being under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be allowed to participate in or continue with the class. No refunds will be issued in such cases.

Safety Equipment

The use of safety equipment provided by J AND J PERFORMANCE Co.,Ltd (XRC) is mandatory. Any customer who refuses to wear the required safety equipment will not be permitted to participate in or continue with the class. No refunds will be given.

Liability Waiver

• All customers, including drivers and passengers, both adults and children, must sign a liability waiver and provide valid identification (passport, ID card, or driver’s license) before the start of the class.

• Confirmation of a booking, whether made online, by phone, in person, or through a third party, constitutes automatic acceptance of these terms and conditions.

• Customers who refuse to sign the liability waiver will not be allowed to participate in the class, and no refunds will be provided.
